Our Services
Preventive & Diagnostics
Preventive Cleanings remove tartar and plaque above the gum line. These cleanings are the best way to keep your smile healthy.
Full Mouth Debridement is a cleaning that involves the preliminary removal of plaque and calculus required to perform a comprehensive oral evaluation.
Periodontal Maintenance treats active gum disease. We recommend a periodontal maintenance cleaning every three months since the bacteria that cause gum disease grows back in about 90 days.
Scaling and Root Planing is a procedure to remove plaque and bacteria from the crown and roots of your teeth. When the pockets between your gums and teeth are deeper than 3mm, it requires clinical intervention. Unfortunately, regardless of your brushing and flossing abilities, you simply can’t reach below 3mm.
Oral Cancer Screenings are conducted with every exam at no charge. Note: While they may appear on your explanation of benefits from your insurance company, you won’t be charged.

Gum Disease
Oral DNA is the industry standard for diagnosing periodontal disease and gives us a precise diagnosis to personalize your therapy. Therapies can include full mouth debridement, laser therapy, antibiotics, oral rinses, scaling and root planning, and maintenance therapy.
Periodontal disease, also known as Gum disease, can have significant effects on your body. It’s a transmissible chronic bacterial infection and the leading cause of tooth loss in the US. This chronic oral disease causes inflammation, bleeding, bad breath and slowly dissolves the bond that holds your teeth in place.
A more significant concern is its effect on the rest of your body. Studies have conclusively shown that gum disease is a primary factor in systemic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, COPD, erectile dysfunction, and liver and kidney diseases. Because of this systemic mouth-body connection, we’ve developed a comprehensive periodontal disease treatment and management procedure.

Same-Day Services
We get it. You’re busy. Our goal is to make coming back for a crown or an additional visit a thing of the past. We strive to treat you quickly, safely, and with as little disruption to the other things you need to do.
In-House CEREC Crowns
CEREC is the abbreviation for an in-office technology that allows us to fabricate and deliver a crown in-office in about an hour, drastically reducing the time you spend in the chair.
Using CEREC helps us eliminate the waste associated with traditional dental restorations like crowns, bridges, and implant crowns. Instead, we take a digital impression which generates no waste. This impression creates an accurate representation creating precise, undistorted restorations that improve fit and bite accuracy and longer-lasting restorations.
CEREC eliminates the need for metals, plastics, and other impression materials that don’t biodegrade. It also reduces our carbon footprint since it eliminates the need for shipments to and from the lab.
CEREC Crowns have many advantages over old-fashioned, lab-made crowns. There’s no need for a temporary restoration with a same-day CEREC crown. The rapid design process allows for same-day service saving you from multiple visits to the dental office. Dr. Stanley has been using CEREC for over ten years and is highly skilled with this technology.
Most crown appointments take about an hour. Our CEREC machine also mills bridges in the office. While it’s not possible to make all bridges in-office, we will try to make them in-house whenever we can.

Implants
Dental Implants are the gold standard for replacing lost dentition and the most predictively successful therapy in dentistry.
Whether replacing teeth or creating a denture that doesn’t fall out, implants are an economical way to restore lost teeth—without the metal that can show with a partial denture. Instead, implants are a versatile, predictable, and virtually painless way to restore teeth, prevent bone loss, affect the facial shape, and protect remaining teeth from fracture and undue wear and tear.
Sleep-related Disorders
Since 2016, Dr. Stanley has treated sleep-related disorders. He received training from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is affiliated with Sleep Group Solutions. It is important to note that your therapy will collaborate with your general practitioner, cardiologist, or pulmonologist.
According to the National Institute of Health, Obstructive Sleep Apnea can be responsible for chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, dementia, obesity, diabetes, insulin resistance, glucose intolerance, and high cholesterol. Sleep disorders in children have also been linked to ADD and ADHD.
It’s estimated that around 80 million cases of Sleep Apnea go undiagnosed. Of the diagnosed cases, only a small percentage receive adequate treatment. Studies also indicate undiagnosed or untreated sleep apnea is twice as deadly as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day.
We use in-home testing, which you’ll do in the comfort of your own bed. We test for the three most common sleep disorders: obstructive sleep apnea, hypoxia, and bruxism. The results of the test are evaluated and diagnosed by a board-certified sleep physician. Based on that, we can discuss treatment options.
Dr. Stanley will utilize a device to quickly and easily measure your airway size and stability if an oral dental appliance is needed. A CB/CT scan is used to map your airway to remove constrictions, eliminating any guesswork and the need for multiple visits and adjustments.

Cosmetic Dentistry &
Facial Esthetics
CEREC Veneers can give you a Smile Makeover and, in most cases, can change your smile in less than a day. Framing your smile can be equally as important.
We offer several facial rejuvenation therapies, including fillers, PDO threads, lip enhancement, cheek enhancement, neck tightening, and wrinkle reduction.
A Gummy Smile is when your smile shows too much gum tissue above the top teeth. While there are several surgical ways to correct this, we offer a non-surgical solution with painless Botox injections above the upper lip. Dr. Stanley can usually do this in one visit and reduce both your out-of-pocket expense and healing time.
Laser Teeth Whitening is a quicker, more comfortable approach to traditional whitening. The reduction in time, though, doesn’t cut back on results. This system is more efficient and can whiten one-half to a full shade. Laser Whitening usually takes less than 30 minutes.
Esthetic BOTOX is a safe and effective method to cosmetically reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the face and neck by immobilizing the underlying muscles.
